ORDERING: Our sales staff is available Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm(EST) to assist you. Our website is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. P.O. Box numbers are not deliverable addresses. If incorrect information is given, an address correction fee may be charged. South Carolina residents add 6% sales tax.
SPECIAL ORDERS: If specialized parts are required, please consult our staff when ordering; special information may be needed. Special orders may not be canceled once order is placed with the manufacture. All special orders are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufactuor. SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
A signed build sheet must accompany all orders for custom-built parts or merchandise (rear ends,race suits, etc.) NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ON SPECIAL ORDERS AND CUSTOM BUILT ITEMS.
TERMS: All orders C.O.D. or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Any check returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged a $30.00 service fee and the account will be returned to C.O.D., certified check or money order only.
RETURNS: All returns must have a RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box, and be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Returns must be shipped pre-paid. A minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. No returns after 45 days. Returned parts must be stocking items and in current packaging. Discontinued parts and parts in out-of-date packaging can not be returned. NO RETURNS ON USED ITEMS, ELECTRONIC ITEMS, OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
